botox and the jury system

Last night at our favorite bar and grill we were discussing our high school freshman's honors biology exam, specifically   the question, "Explain why you should tell your friends not to be on their cell phones all the time."
We all knew he would ace this because he has  been warned  of  the abyss of  technology  from us many many times.  He wrote on his test that too much  written communication like facebook, texts etc change the nature of  relationships and if overused can make you less social and maybe even socially awkward...because you  don't  see the person you are communicating with.  I  wanted to expand on this   and began  to  tell them about what happens when ladies use botox,...   because   botox  erases  facial expressions  the    persons they are  talking to  can't  truly decipher   what   is being said and subconsciously    change their facial expressions to expressionless!  ....  because we  naturally mimic the other persons face movements   when we are in a conversation... and now   everything is  distorted.   ...I could tell by THEIR facial expressions they had NO idea what I was talking about and they didn't really care  about ladies who use botox.   My husband realized this too. and  offered  a  more relevant   example. ( He  is a lawyer. )  He told us, "Yes!  This is what the foundation of our whole justice system is  based upon!    As a  witness you MUST appear in person in front of a jury..so the jury  can see you, see your facial expressions,  to judge  if you are telling the truth."   Interested now! .....
How ironic that I would be writing   a blog!
