  7. Hmm, some questions are really thought provoking and some are pointless. Wondering which one this is? Can.t tell you how much it means to me to have you comment on my blog!

  8. Very funny! I answered a question in high school similar to this and got reamed for it. My paper was even used as an example how not to answer questions in her other classes. I love a person with a sense of humor!

  9. Too bad he didn't live long enough to realize that serving others makes a person happier.

I have been reading your previous posts and we have much in common. I am a mom to five and stayed home to raise them until the youngest was 10. My last three children were 14 and 13 months apart. Thankfully they are educated, married and making our world a better place. We are blessed. It is nice to meet you.
    Hugs, Jeanne

  10. Great response, and absolutely correct. I used to hate English lit because of questions just like this. I always wondered if the reading comprehension failure was mine, or the teachers.

  12. As an English teacher I get answers like this a LOT. I love it. Doesn't mean they get full credit, but it's funny all the same.

  14. Looks like how my son would answer it - if it was assigned to him.

His latest assignment is find 5 songs that relate to the book "To Kill a Mockingbird." Who comes up with this stuff?

    have a great day.

  20. That's funny . . . good punt by a totally clueless student, I guess it is better than leaving it blank! Hopefully the teacher smiled a little (before giving him an F)!

  21. I hope that student got an A+.....because it is so, so true. Not one of my Shakespeare faves at all. even if Leo played him
