LOL Okay then!
Doesn't seem very friendly! It looks like a bookstore- but usually their bathrooms are open to the public. :)
Haaaaa!!!! I totally get this. My sister is a book store manager.
Um, really?? LOL
Wow, hope that change in the hours didn't throw a wrench in peoples schedule, haha. And I'm sure Amazon has plenty of toilets..How funny! xo
Wow! lol. Now, that's telling them. :-) Thank you for visiting my blog and for your kind comments. I look forward to getting to "know" you. I will be happy to follow you, as well. :-)
Bet they lost some customers with that sign. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Um.....don't most people read in the bathroom? just saying.thanks for visiting me at Time out For Mom....following you back! Just going to nose around here for awhile :)
Better hold it! Lol
Bawaaa- too funny! Another one you can link up on the Saturday laughs:)
I miss that store! I don't understand why they leave the sign light lit up when it's been closed for months. That no bathroom sign is just too funny!
Really too bad. I love bookstores and could probably live in one. I have an e-reader now, but I miss the feel and even the smell of new books, and still continue to buy them. I love spending the afternoon in Barnes & Noble or Books-A-Million
it is funny but at the same time it isn't.I am soooooooooo anti all of the electronic readers. I pray they don't completely destroy books as we know them
Wow! Point taken! LOL
Love the sign. Though I don't love that they went out of business.Would love for you to stop by and sharehttp://totsandme.blogspot.com/2012/02/wordless-wednesday-february-29-2012.html
Ouch! Oh, how I miss our Border's. It was gone months ago and the building it was in is just empty. It was so sad to see them selling all the shelves, even.
I so miss that store...and lol to their sign! Good for them!
yeahhh...that says it all...xo Diana
Since Amazon is a Cyber store, does that mean the bathroom is somewhere in cyberspace? Frankly, I require an actual "book in the hand" and have yet to resign myself to the electronic readers. It's something about the smell and the feel of the book, to mark the place and then clutch it and ponder what was just read... just sayin'RIP Borders... RIP
Funny, I have never been in one. Guess I won't be either.
Sad...I am running out of bookstores to browse through....Happy WW!http://thrivingdespiteus.blogspot.com/2012/02/wordless-wednesday-another-then-now.html
Use the restrooms at Amazon! Got to love it.Joycehttp://joycelansky.blogspot.com/
Sad...I was once guilty of only reading books (and drinking coffee) at Barnes & Noble...and buying them from Amazon, but seeing Borders go under woke me up to the fact that I need to support our brick and mortar bookstores too. Great picture! And thanks for stopping by my Wordless Wednesday!
As a long time Barnes and Noble employee I appreciate that. ;)
we lost our borders here too back in I think Oct :( now, I just do the library
I was so sad when Borders closed :( Just returning the love from the quirky crafting shmoogle bean! Im already a follower of your blog, I've just changed web domains recently!
lol, I'm so sad to see Borders go. I loved going there to study.
Lol. I'm sad to see Borders go too. I hope we don't lose our bookstores to online stores like Amazon. Although I DO get all my books from Amazon..err...but it's cause I never have to pay more than $5!
Borders is doing very well over here on the other side of the pond. Malaysians still like to read 'real' books!!
Our Borders went out of business too. We really enjoyed going there. We are a family of big readers.
Makes me so sad...No where I would rather hang out than book stores
Very funny. Whoever made that sign has a wicked sense of humor.
That's funny. But it's sad news that it closed down.My entries:Moms...Check NyoYummy-as-can-be
This is great. I so miss Borders. And their scones.XO,Jane
this is hilarious. and sad. i miss a good bookstore!!
We used to live right beside a Borders. I loved it so much. Sad times.
Sad times indeed. I miss Border's terribly. Used to be so great to go and hang out in their cafe and browse books and magazines. I miss it!
Thanks for the chuckle. Blessings.
Really sad! Difficult times indeed.

I love books...and read A LOT...however I do understand why people use amazon as books in the store are very highly priced so i but a lot of mine from there...or just use the library. As for the 'Restrooms' sign....I shop on amazon at home so I always have a restroom available!!
Love it! We miss Borders, there was one near us that we enjoyed visiting!
LOL! Love it!
That's funny. I work at Barnes and Noble. Many people think we are a library and come in, have us spend time looking up books for school research, sit at a table in the cafe for hours and then leave without purchasing ANYTHING! I love books. I love my job. I was sad to see Borders go.
Sad and funny at the same time.Happy WW! Feel free to stop by and leave your link on my blog :))Paulalifeasweknowitbypaula.blogspot.com
happily, they can't sell fast food on Amazon, my go-to restroom places.
Great find. Love it

Sad, but true.

sad. **but I love the humor**http://gowersfam.blogspot.com/2012/02/ww-wordish-wednesday.htmlxoxo, bree
I know, buying on Amazon is just making a purchase; buying from a book store is an experience! Thanks for linking up your WW post at Older Mommy Still Yummy! Monica, Older Mommy Still Yummy

Ah, sad to see a business go under.
returning the blog love :)It's sad that these great stores are vanishing or being gobbled up by the corporate chains...:(
I just tagged you in my last post. Just wanted to let you know. : ) www.breezysimply.blogspot.com
Great sign! Our borders in Winter Park closed a few months back...sad. We now visit only Barnes and Noble.
Our Borders is now a liquor store.It's so sad.Have a great Wednesday!http://harrietandfriends.com/2012/02/cool-murals/
*Love* it! I miss Borders. :(
Snarky! However ... I've been in tons of Borders and Barnes&Nobles before discovering Amazon and never bought any books at either one because I could get better deals elsewhere. It's just fun to browse. ^.^-:¦:- Featured Photo: Lobster Claw Machine -:¦:-
Hi. New follower on LF and NB. Hope you can stop by my blog and follow back!Have a great day!
Hi returning the follow from jollyjillys. This is a funny picture hope anyone who needed the restroom could wait! Good luck with your new puppy
You could literally buy your own bathroom on Amazon.com! Thus the name AMAZON - not one can compete! Oh well, I admit I am an Amazon shopper (and book seller!)
That is sad. I usually go to a pet store here in town that was like a mom and pop shop. Instead of going to Petco... I went to get worms for our lizards and the place was shut down! Not sure why but I just don't like Petco...now I have to go there for worms!
Fără cuvinte că-i mai bine.
Sad about Borders- we didn't have it in our area, but I have to admit the sign is rather funny. Thanks for joining my blog, returning follow. On a personal note, Wow on the eight kids....good for you what an amazing thing! My husband and I had five, all raised.
Sad, but at least they kept their sense of humor Hugs, Happy WW. I hope you'll join us at the Thursday Favorite Things blog Hop Linky Party tomorrow.
Not living in the states I have not been able to shop at Borders for years. I will miss it when we visit the states next time.Thank for stopping by my blog. I am following back.
I miss Borders. Pam
Ha ha I really like this. Good idea with the worldless wednesday! Thanks for stopping by my blog, I'm now your newest follower! And holy cow 8 KIDS! I'm still just pregnant with my first and I'm overwhelmed!
Well the bathroom sign was funny. sandie
haha...clever bathroom sign.
Gee no wonder they went out of business. Could it be that they didn't have good customer service by not providing a bathroom? Might as well just order your books on Amazon.com then if you can't even get personal service from a book store. In this day and age, companies need to do things to stand out in the crowd, especially book stores. Still sad to see them go under though.
I miss borders :(. I loved them more than Barnes and Nobel; I'm sad to see them closed.
That is a scream! Thanks for a good belly laugh today. Blessings!
LOL..funny but could be true! Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog so I could find/follow you:D Looking forward to getting to know you and your family! Have a good day...
I feel bad for the brick and mortar bookstores, but I love Amazon....we live 45 minutes away from any bookstore, so I order used books from Amazon often. It is an ironic sign...I like it.
