What To Do With 72 Hard Boiled Eggs

We had an Easter egg decorating contest.  Each kid plus my daughters soon to be husband had 8 eggs to paint and decorate.  We displayed all the eggs and judged them with individual votes.  Some categories were prettiest, most out of the box, most colorful, happiest, funnest, most unusual, most festive, most showing an Easter spirit..etc..   The winners got $1!!

  82. What an awesome idea! We do an egg decorating day every year at my Grandma's farm with all of my mom's sisters and the cousins... even though we are all truly getting a little old for it, it is tradition and is a lot of fun. Plus, some of us are starting to bring the next generation in on it, as well! I may need to suggest this for this year's decorating day...

i love your blog! thank you so much for the lovely comments you leave on mine. I am always a bit intimidated by the number of comments you get and am not sure if you really want to read another one, which is why i often dont comment :-)
