Me, "How was school today?'
10 year old son, "Good. My teacher went to Wendy's for lunch today. I think she got a frosty, because she was in a good mood all afternoon."
Haha good one! I think that would do it for me too;) When I was younger, my family and I would go every Wednesday and get a Frosty before or after church:) Ah good memories!
Oh my goodness! I had to stop reading after about 3 or 4 posts! I was laughing so hard! I have 2 boys, 2 girls, the oldest were 12 weeks early (boy/girl twins), 3 of my children have ADHD, the other child has OCD, and my oldest son has a hearing deficiency (tone deficiency) due to the prematurity. I have never had any of my children on medication. I am a nurse... I know all of the side effects... we have avoided medications and I have worked with behaviour modifications instead (we live in a small town with VERY understanding teachers... my oldest son would pace around the classroom holding his textbook because he couldn't sit still in class) so the dog and being easily distracted and the frosty for lunch... I can remember comments and situations so similar! So many memories:) Thank you for finding me on the blog hop. I am now such a fan:)
I finally made it down the list on Linking with my Ladies to you. I followed you back. Thanks for coming over to my blog and following. I can see I have lots that I want to read on your blog.
