  9. Annmarie, Someone is thinking outside the box...I absolutely love it. Thank you for this , I laughed ...but not at the kid, just how sweet and innocent the answer was. Bless you,Susie

  11. I hope those red X's were accompanied by smiles and giggles! I give this student an A for originality!

Thank you so, so much for visiting my blog and following me!

  13. Holy Cow that's Great!

As for your Downton post below- I'm newly addicted myself :)

  14. I was sitting here thinking that those seemed to be as good of guesses as any, then my 19 year old who graduated from high school last year walked by and he explained to me that they meant "state of matter"....ooooohhhhh! lol. I guess I need to have a refresher course.

  15. Good one. This student better start practicing the line: "Would you like fries with that?"

  16. Cute one for the wedding video

  17. LOVE it. California probably has the most movement because the state taxes are so high. :)

    ReplyDelete
  18. I agree with the California one:)
Kids are so cute when they don't mean to be!

  19. Annmarie, I think that the answers are just sad... I am stunned with the lack of comprehension. The "Jay Walking" segments of Jay Leno...especially when he asks basic questions of college students...and both funny and an indictment on our educational system. Several wrong answers to: What country borders the US on the north? Who was our first President? Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

  20. This is sooo funny!! Thanks for the laugh.

  23. Nice!! California sure does have a lot of movement. I heard there was another earthquake somewhere in the state.

  24. Teachers get to see all the funny stuff. As a Sunday school teacher, i have heard a bit of it myself.

  25. Why cant I stop laughing! HAHA!

  26. Now THAT'S funny! But when you think about it, couldn't it have some truth to it? Just sayin'.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I'd laugh, but it'd be my luck that you homeschool. :P

Thanks for visiting my blog. :)

    ReplyDelete
  28. Well, if you homeschool - that explains it. You are raising independent thinkers! Not people who learn that they can just pass by spitting back answers on a test. YAY!

    I love it!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Lol, definitely thinking out of the box

  30. this is funny! i love to see those kind of pics! ;D

  32. That's how my unscientific mind operates too so I completely understand those answers lol.

  33. This made me smile. Clearly this young person is destined to a career in something other than the pure sciences!

    ReplyDelete
  34. LOL!

If you could have any super power, which would it be?
    The United States of America!

  35. OH yes that looks like the homework my son brings home .. ugh

  36. (-(-_(-_-)_-)-) Are you making a Statement? (-(-_(-_-)_-)-)

    ReplyDelete
  37. Mom:It looks as if you have a budding comedian on your hands. Either that or the teacher didn't make it plain about the states of matter.

    ReplyDelete
  38. The child is right, or aren't those names of states?! LOL!!!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Too funny!! This wordless Wednesday made me wordless! But, I wonder which state she or he lives.
    Have a wonderful week.

  41. Hey, where did you find my old test????? :D

    ReplyDelete
  42. I wonder how they came up with those particular states for the questions. Too funny!

    ReplyDelete
  43. I always enjoy seeing funny test answers! I have graded
some papers that have made me laugh like this. :) Thanks for sharing!

    ReplyDelete
  44. haha omigosh this is hilarious... question is... do the answers have some basis? LOL

    Spanish Pinay

    ReplyDelete
  45. Well, that gave me a good laugh!! I wish some of my students were that inventive on their tests! lol!

    ReplyDelete
  46. hahahaha, this is really sad, pathetic and funny - all at the same time.

Thank you for the fun birthday wishes. It's a milestone one for goodness sake. Thank you for your nice words!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  47. This is hilarious! I guess the student didn't notice the pictures just above the question.

Being a Californian and seeing our state just about to go bankrupt, I'd say we're becoming the state with the least movement, though there is a lot of movement of families and businesses out of the state...maybe that's what the student was thinking about...haha.

    ReplyDelete
  48. ha! I do not know if I will laugh or cry at the - should I call it - ignorance? Poor child.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Hi Annmarie, thanks for sharing. :)
